Despite numerous calls to the front office, restaurant, and operator, the rooms were comfortable for me and my friends. They are clean; however, there was an issue with a badly leaking air conditioner in my room. The hotel provides excellent service, especially from Nenna and Yuli, always helpful staff like Yuseu, a lovely lady with a great smile. Service includes room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The location is next to Trans Studio Bandung theme park and mall, offering a great experience. The dining options are good and varied during breakfast. The hotel facilities are clean and cozy.
